Repeat prescriptions can be requested in the following ways:
- Online: You can order your repeat prescription via the link at the top of this page. You will need to register on the site to utilise this service, please obtain details from reception.
- Visiting the surgery: You can BRING/POST your counterfoil into the surgery.
- Sign up with a Chemist of your choice for electronic prescriptions.
- Housebound patients will be allowed to ring the surgery on 01709 590590.
Routine repeat prescriptions will be available for collection within 72 working hours
If there are any changes in your medication after attending or admission to hospital please inform the practice.
Please attend for medication review with the nurse during your follow up appointments or with a doctor.
